Returns and Refunds
Please note that certain products may have varying time limits and exceptions for returns if you decide to change your mind. For detailed return specifications and instructions on how to return a product, kindly consult the corresponding section below.
Occasionally, a purchase may not meet your expectations once you bring it home. To accommodate this, we offer our customers a 28-day return policy. To qualify for this extended right to change your mind, the product must be returned to the store:
(a) in a condition suitable for resale;
(b) in its original packaging;
(c) if part of a multi-part set, with all components included;
(d) accompanied by the enclosed returns form.
Please ensure you have proof of purchase when returning any product to the store.
Throughout the expected lifespan of your product, your legal rights provide the following:
(a) Up to 30 days: If your product is faulty, you are entitled to a refund.
If you have a faulty product covered by these rights, simply return it to the store with a valid receipt to receive your refund. For any queries about this process or if you wish to discuss a replacement, please reach out to us.
Extended Warranty Service for Products:
Some products may come with extended warranties, ranging from 12 months to 3 years, which provide additional rights for repairs or replacements.
If your product has a warranty that extends beyond Early Bargains 28-day return period and is faulty, the quickest resolution is to contact the manufacturer’s helpline for assistance. An experienced operator will guide you through your options, and you can find the necessary contact details on the information plate located on the back of many of our products.

While we strive to assist all customers with their concerns, our returns policy includes a few exceptions. Items such as underwear, earrings, and other pierced jewelry cannot be returned or replaced for ‘change of mind’ reasons due to hygiene guidelines. Similarly, chilled and frozen food items (including meat, poultry, and fish) are non-returnable for ‘change of mind’ as it would break the chill/freeze chain.
Additionally, the following items are non-refundable: baby food and milk, fireworks, entertainment items with a broken seal, personalized/bespoke items, gift cards, pre-wrapped/boxed gifts, e-top ups, lottery tickets and scratch cards, costumes and fashion accessories, fresh flowers, helium-filled balloons, helium cylinders (30 and 50), balloon decoration kits, and silk flower leis & garlands.
Refunds or exchanges will not be provided for discounted items.
After receiving your returned item(s) at the store, we will initiate a refund to the payment card used for your order. While refunds are processed the following working day, it may take up to ten working days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your card issuer.
You must have proof of purchase to return items purchased in store.
Early Bargains Ltd. can only process refunds for the individual who made the initial purchase. In the event that a recipient wishes to return products, the refund will be issued to the original payer. Consequently, we recommend that customers who received a gift contact the person who made the purchase to coordinate the return. Checkout Superstore Ltd. does not reveal any information about the customer who placed the original order.
Certainly, if you bought the item at a discounted price, your refund will be calculated based on that promotional price. When returning items purchased during a promotion, like ‘Buy one get one half price’ or ‘3 for 2’, the promotion no longer applies, and the refund value will be adjusted accordingly.
Additionally, any Early Bargains Card points earned on an in-store purchase for a returned item will be deducted from your account.
